Mail Pro
An email client for Gmail that reads your unread mail, groups it into the things you actually have to do, and writes the replies for you to check.
Most mail apps hand you a list and wish you luck. Mail Pro reads the pile first: forty unread messages become six cards — “three people waiting on a reply”, “a flight to check in for”, “twenty newsletters you can bin” — each with the action attached. You approve, it does it.
What it does
- Groups your unread mail into action cards. Things needing a reply, events to add to the calendar, registrations, and the promotional pile you can clear in one tap.
- Drafts replies in your tone. Read the draft, edit it, send it — or don't. Nothing is ever sent without you tapping send.
- Summarises long threads so you can tell whether a twelve-message chain needs you at all.
- Turns an email into a calendar event, with the date, time and meeting link already filled in.
- A morning digest: one notification telling you who's waiting, what matters and what to ignore.
- Multiple accounts, folders, search, offline queue and attachments, plus Home Screen widgets for the unread inbox.
- Unsubscribe in one tap from the newsletters you never read.
How Mail Pro uses your Google account
Mail Pro is a mail client, so it needs access to your mail. It asks for these Google permissions, and it asks for them because of the features above — nothing here is collected speculatively or for any purpose other than running the app in front of you.

Mail Pro has no servers. Your mail travels from Google to your iPhone and stops there. There is no backend of mine in the middle, no database, no copy of your inbox anywhere I can reach. I cannot read your mail, and neither can anyone else working on this app — there is nobody else.
The one thing that leaves your device is what the AI features need: the messages being summarised, grouped or replied to are sent to Google's Gemini API to produce that result. The privacy policy sets out exactly what is sent, when, and what Google may do with it.
Bring your own AI key
Mail Pro's AI features run on Google Gemini, and you supply your own API key from Google AI Studio. That means your mail is processed under your own Google Cloud project and your own quota — it never passes through an account of mine, and there is no subscription to me for it.
Everything else in the app — the inbox, search, folders, compose, send, widgets — works with no key at all.
